2. Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product(s). Contact us is necessary, please remember don't retun it to us directly! And a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
3. We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact us for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.
Defective product(s)
1. All our products have a one-year warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned a year since the date of purchase. If products do not work properly, please contact us first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without contacting. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process.
2. Defective products must be returned within 30 days since the issue date of RMA. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
3. If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
4. The original shipping, handling charges and return postage will not be refunded.
5. It is not acceptable to bring the defective product for exchange in person.
Lost product(s)
An product is considered lost if it does not reach the buyer after 6 weeks of delivery. After the 6th week, the buyer is eligible for a full refund or a reship. We are responsible for the reshipping fee.
Out-of-Stock product(s)
If the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock product and if he has paid by PayPal, then we will refund via PayPal. If the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock product and if he has chosen to pay by credit card, then we will simply cancel the product and the order. The credit card will not be charged.
Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address
If the buyer informs us that he has provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly. If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is returned to us, then the buyer may request for a reshipment or a Store-Credit. The buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee. The Store-Credit is the price of the product. If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible for anything. If the order is returned to us due to undeliverable address (or other unknown reasons), then the buyer may request for a reshipment or a Store-Credit. The buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee. RMA Procedure
1. After receiving the products from us, please keep the package and enclosed documents properly. It is because they are all necessary to provide if you return defective product(s) in the future.
2. Repack the original package with everything received, including enclosed documents. Missing of any original components may incur a refusal of exchange or refund from us.
